Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee site QA activities, ensure SOP compliance, and support continuous improvement across manufacturing and compounding operations. You will manage documentation review, batch record auditing, label reconciliation, and non-conformance tracking while coordinating with QA leadership.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years in QA/QC/pharmaceutical quality role.
• Technical expertise: aseptic operations and cleanroom knowledge, batch release, deviation handling.
• Core skills: MS Office, QMS, strong organization, communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA team activities, schedule workload, approve timecards, support onboarding and training.
• Audit compounding, production, cleaning, environmental monitoring, and validation records for GDP/USP compliance.
• Oversee labeling verification, line clearances, and materials supplier documentation.
• Support investigations for deviations and CAPA tasks with QA staff.
• Collect and track weekly quality metrics and prepare for audits.
• Authorize routine product release based on tested results and escalate risks to QA leadership.
