Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3–5 years in QA/quality control in pharmaceutical compounding or regulated manufacturing.
• Hands-on aseptic operations and cleanroom experience with core QA practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital QMS; strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA activities including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Perform audits of compounding, production, cleaning, environmental monitoring, and validation records for GDP and USP standards.
• Oversee labeling verification, line clearances, supplier qualification, and material reconciliation.
• Support investigations for deviations, non-conformances, and CAPA tasks with QA staff.
• Assist in audits and tracking weekly site quality metrics and trends.
