Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day QA activities at our Gilbert, AZ facility. You will ensure SOPs, product specs, and regulatory standards are followed, leading a QA team and coordinating with Quality leadership.

The role focuses on documentation, batch release, labeling, CAPA tasks, and maintaining cleanroom compliance while fostering cross‑department collaboration to improve quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Education with 3–5 years QA in pharma compounding or related field.
• Hands-on aseptic operations and cleanroom experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA team activities, coordinate scheduling and onboarding.
• Conduct routine audits of compounding, production, and cleaning records.
• Oversee labeling verification, line clearances, and material accountability.
• Support CAPA processes and investigate deviations with QA staff.
• Assist audits and track weekly quality metrics for management review.
• Authorize routine staging/releases based on tested results.
