Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee site QA activities, ensure GMP compliance, and support continuous improvement in a compounding environment.

Reporting to the QA Manager, you will supervise QA staff, conduct audits, manage documentation, and coordinate with floor operations, production, and quality leadership to maintain product quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years in QA/quality control within pharmaceutical compounding or regulated manufacturing.
• Hands-on aseptic operations and cleanroom experience with core QA practices (documentation review, batch release, line clearances).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital QMS; strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA activities, scheduling, workload, and onboarding of staff.
• Audit compounding, production, cleaning, environmental monitoring and validation records for GDP/USP compliance.
• Oversee labeling verification, line clearances, and supplier qualification documentation.
• Tri개age customer complaints and assist in CAPA investigations and data gathering.
