Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee site QA activities, ensure SOP compliance, and support continuous improvement in a pharmaceutical compounding facility. You will lead the QA team, perform audits, and coordinate with floor operations, compounding personnel, and Quality leadership to maintain regulatory standards and product quality.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in QA, QC, or manufacturing in pharma compounding or regulated setting.
• Experience in aseptic operations and cleanrooms.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital QMS.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily QA team activities including scheduling and training.
• Audit documentation: batch records, labels, deviations, GDP/USP standards.
• Oversee labeling verification and line clearances.
• Support CAPA tasks and deviation investigations.
• Collect and track weekly quality metrics and trends.
• Authorize routine product staging and release based on testing results.
