Job summary

PCI is seeking a Commercial Associate Project Manager I in Philadelphia, PA to support customer projects within time and budget constraints. You will help create and route project documents, manage ERP entries, and coordinate with QA and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with designated customer projects to meet objectives within time and budget.
• Create and route project-related documents and forms in ERP (JDE).
• Coordinate packaging schedules, inventory, and lead times with procurement.
• Track orders, shipments, and OPD adjustments to meet delivery dates.
• Support QA and Operations teams and prepare necessary shipping documents.
• Assist in change orders and documentation reviews as required.
