Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a detail-oriented Planner to assist with customer projects and ongoing order fulfillment in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will manage production schedules, coordinate with procurement, and support ERP-based MRP to maintain on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

  • Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience or training.
  • College level mathematical skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills to perform complex tasks in various programs.
  • Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English.
  • High reasoning ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customer-specific production schedules for long-term forecasts and short-term demands.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts for monthly MRP runs.
  • Place PO requisitions and coordinate with procurement to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support ERP forecasting and order management within MRP tools.
  • Review and approve documentation including specifications and batch records.
