BEPC Inc. seeks an experienced Biopharma Project Manager to support onsite operations in Durham, NC.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams for cGMP site start-up, commissioning, and technology transfer activities, with a strong focus on schedule management and governance reporting. The role requires 5–7 years in a cGMP bio/pharma environment, hands-on use of monday.com, MS Project, and Excel, and the ability to work 100% onsite.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience within cGMP BioPharma or pharmaceutical operations.
• Experience supporting site start-up, commissioning, or technology transfer operations.
• Advanced proficiency with monday.com for project and integrated schedule management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Strong experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules.
• Strong workshop and meeting facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Durham, NC.

Aufgaben

• Plan and facilitate high-value cross-functional workshops and huddles.
• Build and baseline workstream schedules using monday.com.
• Ensure schedule logic and milestones align with the Master IS.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule risks and dependencies.
• Track financial performance across workstreams and vendor spend.
• Support resource loading and capacity planning to avoid bottlenecks.
• Maintain RAID logs, action registers, and governance materials.
• Prepare status reports and governance materials.
