Job summary

Woodstock Sterile Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead technical projects supporting new product development within our facility.

This role manages drug development projects from feasibility through pre-commercialization, oversees technical transfers and client product qualifications, and acts as the primary client contact coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field is required.
• PMP certification is preferred and beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project timelines using MS Project and MS Office.
• Lead projects through full lifecycle ensuring milestones and client commitments are met.
• Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to drive execution and communication.
• Identify risks, delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, plans, and status reports.
• Track deliverables, project health, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings with agendas and follow-ups.
• Manage contracts and requests related to projects.
• Serve as primary liaison for customers, ensuring strong communication.
• Support revenue tracking and billing through business systems (e.g., JDE).
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, cGMP standards, and safety requirements.
• Host customer visits and provide project updates to leadership.
