Job summary

Biopharma-Consulting-Jad-Group seeks a Process Development Senior Scientist to independently design, execute, and advance studies supporting drug product development, aseptic filling, and readiness for commercial manufacturing. You will serve as a technical resource and project leader, generating robust data and guiding strategic decisions.

You will develop novel protocols, author validation and characterization studies, mentor staff, and drive cross‑functional collaborations to ensure GMP

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD with postdoc or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experimental design and data interpretation skills.
• Experience supporting sterile drug product manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and monitor complex development studies.
• Analyze data and recommend scientifically sound actions.
• Lead cross‑functional collaborations for process improvements.
• Author validation protocols, characterization studies, and reports.
