Job summary

Fareva Richmond Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of 5–10 moderate-complexity projects annually across several customers. You will drive planning through execution, ensuring on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery while mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to optimize launches and maintain safety and quality standards in a climate-controlled facility in Eastern Henrico County. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years project management experience in manufacturing/production.
• Proven track record delivering on time, on cost and on quality.
• Experience with packaging, process, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate-complexity projects (5–10/year) across multiple customers.
• Define scope, manage budgets, and monitor timelines and risks.
• Coordinate R&D, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure launch success.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement.
