Qualifications

• 3–6 years project management experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Proven track record delivering on time, on cost and on quality.
• Experience with packaging, process, or manufacturing environments in personal care or similar industries.
• Familiarity with new product development processes and stage-gate approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sciences/Engineering/Operations/Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5–10 projects/year across 2–4 customers from planning through execution.
• Manage budgets including trial spend and launch costs.
• Define scope with stakeholders and ensure on-time, on-cost delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations).
• Monitor KPIs and ensure Quality and Safety compliance.
