Job summary

Phlow is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional API research, development, and manufacturing initiatives. You will help plan, coordinate, and execute projects, maintaining plans and schedules while tracking milestones and deliverables to keep work on track.

You will work with project managers and technical teams, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalating as needed to ensure timely updates and continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of cross-functional API R&D projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and action-item logs.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, decisions and follow-ups; track deliverables and risks.
