Job summary

Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company, seeks an executive leader to drive complex pharma operations programs in the United States. The role oversees manufacturing, process development, and regulatory alignment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client delivery.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in pharma operations, strong program management skills, GMP knowledge, and experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Significant travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 20+ years of operations/leadership experience in pharma/regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional GMP programs and technology transfers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex pharma manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop integrated program plans, critical path analyses, and risk registers.
• Own stage-gate processes and governance deliverables to meet milestones and regulatory commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Translate scientific and process requirements into executable operational plans and CPP/CQA awareness.
• Support tech transfer activities from development to GMP manufacturing, including documentation and readiness reviews.
• Address technical, operational, and quality issues during startup, operation, or shutdown of facilities.
