Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead 5–8 Project Engineers at a major pharmaceutical client site. You will drive engineering delivery, partner with Project Managers and Quality teams, and establish standards for scalable, compliant project execution.

You will mentor engineers, manage budgets, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture aligned with client expectations and CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related).
• 5+ years of engineering or capital project experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–8 Project Engineers, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure development plans with documented discussions and measurable progress.
• Configure standards, processes, tools, and metrics for scalable project engineering delivery.
