Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our life sciences construction team in the United States. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with design standards from concept through commissioning.

You will produce formal reports, monitor milestones, coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and owners, and apply best-practice governance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills to work with the broader team.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure standard compliance.
• Coordinate between design teams, suppliers, and clients through regular meetings and trackers.
