Job summary

CareTria is seeking an Engagement Specialist to develop and analyze workflows for new client launches and optimize existing programs. The role emphasizes aligning business rules with system functionality and frequent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

The candidate should have an analytical mind, strong business acumen, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Pharmacy/pharma experience is preferred, with 3+ years in healthcare and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Document, model, and update program architecture for labor and forecasting.
• Create client service program operational process flows.
• Draft and create client service program business rules with stakeholders.
• Analyze workflows and implement process improvements and system upgrades.
• Assist Project Managers with program setup for existing and new clients.
• Ensure configuration documents reflect client requirements and are delivered on time.
• Collaborate across departments to support workflow setup and new services.
• Provide insights to technical requirements and design.
