Reporting to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager, the role emphasizes leadership, continuous learning, and driving transformational healthcare improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of directly related professional experience with deep technical abilities in primary products, programs or technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Health care knowledge and experience; pharmacy knowledge preferred.
• Database understanding with expert level SQL querying skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodology, Product Model, DevSecOps and Agile tools.
• Ability to function in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving environment.

Your Role

The Pharmacy Care Management Platform team delivers all IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy Operations and Pharmacy Transformation. The Systems Analyst-Consultant will report to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager. In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Having a desire to help achieve transformational healthcare improvement should serve as the inspiration behind the ideal candidate's willingness to participate across many different activities within an agile working model.

Your Knowledge and Experience
