Job summary

CareTria is seeking a Manager, Client Solutions to understand customer needs and craft integrated service offerings that address business challenges. You will work to increase penetration into existing accounts and identify opportunities across CareTria / Knipper Health Pharmacy Programs.

You will establish strong client relationships, design solutions, and supervise revenue growth, with cross-functional collaboration and strategic presentations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in related industry.
• Proven history of sales/revenue generation; pharma lifecycle experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and design solutions for customer projects per requirements and standards.
• Supervise accounts and drive ongoing revenue growth and performance.
• Present to clients to expand business based on objectives and observations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve programs and services.
