Job summary

Novadoz Pharmaceuticals seeks a pricing and contracts expert to drive strategic pricing, manage contract lifecycles, and build financial models across its generic portfolio.

Reporting to commercial leadership, you will partner with wholesalers, health systems, GPOs, and retailers to optimize GTN and revenue integrity, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate forecasting for future launches and tenders. Hybrid work in New Jersey is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/MS preferred).
• 3–5+ years in U.S. generic pharma pricing, contract administration, and financial analysis; experience with chargebacks, rebates, GTN modeling, ERP systems (SAP).
• Advanced Excel/financial modeling, quantitative data analysis, strong knowledge of US generic pricing mechanisms and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Pricing & Market Access: analyze competitor pricing, trends, and product lifecycles to support pricing frameworks.
• Contract Management & Operations: draft/review agreements; manage lifecycles, renewals, price amendments, rebates, and revenue integrity.
• Financial Modeling & GTN: build models to analyze profitability, GTN performance, and forecast demand.
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: assist with pricing mandates; maintain audit readiness for contracts and filings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance; provide data-driven insights.
