Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years in pharmaceutical industry with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and plant support systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage and direct employees to meet department/plant goals.
• Set up schedules, assign jobs, ensure SOPs, cGMPs, and safety rules.
• Review documents for accuracy and maintain records.
• Lead continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Provide training and track training records; supervise performance.
