Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Greenville, IL plant to oversee daily production, planning, testing, and implementation of processes and policies. The role requires ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and personnel while maintaining quality and controlling costs.

You will select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure effective operations and will partner with teams to pursue continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification experience preferred.
• Four-year degree (business, technical) preferred and/or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and plant support systems.
• Experience driving efficiency improvements and cost savings in manufacturing or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production, planning, testing, and implementation of company methods and policies.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, and safety procedures; manage paperwork and records.
• Lead training, evaluate personnel, and drive continuous improvement with Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Monitor performance, coach staff, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production quality and yields.
