Job summary

Par Health in Greenville, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production, planning, testing, and implementation of methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. You will ensure effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while minimizing costs and maintaining records.

You will lead and develop staff, ensure training and qualification, and drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Proficient with standard MS Office apps and data entry.
• Familiarity with database software and reporting tools.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production, planning, testing, and implementation of plant processes.
• Ensure effective use of materials, equipment and personnel to produce quality products at minimized cost.
• Develop systems to maintain reports and records of products and performance.

• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across shifts.
