Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmaceutical Technician is preferred.
• Previous experience in pharmacy packaging or healthcare is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct production technicians to repack units and ensure smooth product flow.
• Assist label checking and verification in finished products.
• Generate reports as required by the supervisor.
• Monitor line performance and communicate issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work practices in the repack area.
• Cross-train employees and support new hires to meet performance targets.
• Maintain supplies and ensure procedures and cGMP compliance.
