Job summary

Safecor Health is seeking a hands-on Production Leader to oversee the Production Department in Columbus, OH. You will ensure safe, accurate, and timely production of medications, guiding packaging technicians and coordinating with Quality to uphold label accuracy and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience supervising 5+ team members in a regulated setting, with a High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to supervise multiple technicians and meet production targets.
• Understanding of FDA/cGMP guidelines and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities in a pharmaceutical packaging environment.
• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Partner with Quality to ensure label accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop packaging technicians; provide coaching and corrective action.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements; support continuous improvement.
