Job summary

Safecor Health is seeking a hands-on Production Leader to oversee the Production Department in Columbus, OH. You will ensure safe, accurate, and timely production of medications, guiding packaging technicians and coordinating with Quality to uphold label accuracy and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience supervising 5+ team members in a regulated setting, with a High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure packaging technicians consistently meet daily production and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant work environment
• Partner closely with Quality to ensure label accuracy, finished product review, and regulatory compliance

• Ensure all labels and documentation are accurate and compliant

You will play a critical role in protecting patient safety through strong oversight and attention to detail.

EXCELLENCE

• Has experience in operations, manufacturing, or a pharmaceutical environment
• Has previous supervisory or lead technician experience (minimum leadership of 5 team members preferred)
• Understands FDA and cGMP regulatory requirements
• Demonstrates strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical packaging equipment
• Is organized, accurate, reliable, and efficient
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Communicates effectively and builds strong, engaged teams

High School Diploma or GED required. Pharmaceutical packaging experience preferred.
