Health Monitor Network (HMN) in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Director of Sales for Pharma Media to drive strategic revenue growth with pharmaceutical brands and healthcare agencies nationwide. You will lead high-impact sales initiatives, build executive relationships, and manage a team or partners to exceed quarterly targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharma/media advertising sales, a proven record of growing strategic accounts, and deep knowledge of DTC or HCP marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical/media advertising sales experience.
• Established relationships with pharmaceutical brand teams and healthcare media agencies.
• Strong understanding of DTC and/or HCP marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and grow strategic accounts.
• Travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with pharmaceutical brand teams and healthcare media agencies.
• Drive new business opportunities from prospecting through deal closure.
• Expand existing accounts through targeted account strategies and consultative selling.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to execute market sales strategies.
• Present HMN’s portfolio of point-of-care print and digital solutions to key decision-makers.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver winning proposals.
• Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to internal stakeholders.
• Represent HMN at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
