Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
• Proven experience directly managing and developing a marketing team.
• Strong market intelligence and market research experience.
• Experience developing and executing strategic marketing and brand plans across multiple products.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotional compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing strategies across multiple products.
• Develop annual strategic and tactical marketing plans with KPIs and budgets.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning and messaging.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and drive portfolio growth.
• Oversee traditional, omnichannel, and digital marketing initiatives for HCPs, patients, and caregivers.
• Manage external agencies and ensure compliance with FDA, Medical, Legal, Regulatory guidelines.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop the marketing team; collaborate with Sales and cross-functional partners.
