Tundra Technical Solutions seeks a Business Analytics expert to apply statistical methodologies for measuring marketing impact across therapeutic areas, including marketing mix modeling, ROI analyses, customer profiling, and predictive modeling.

The role drives advanced analytics to support brand planning, field strategy, and forecasting, coordinating with marketing and sales to translate insights into actionable plans. Work hours align to EST time zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of analytic experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of analytic experience.
• Experience analyzing large, deidentified patient claims data sets preferred.
• Experience in Metabolic therapeutic areas such as CardioRenal Metabolic (e.g. Chronic Kidney and Hearth Failure) preferred.
• Experience working within a large pharmaceutical manufacturer preferred.
• Proficiency in the development, documentation and communication of analytic plans.
• Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques including multivariate analyses and promotional responsiveness techniques.
• Experience in digital analytics (non-personal marketing tactics) or in related analytical fields.

Responsabilités

• Conducts advanced analytics in support of brand planning and promotional resource allocation across customer channels including digital.
• Liaises between Marketing and Sales in development of tactics and strategies.
• Execute departmental procedures and integrate marketing strategy into call plans for in-person and digital channels.
• Communicate analytical results clearly to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Builds and shares knowledge of analytical methodologies and third-party vendors.
• Establishes work habits to support evolving therapeutic business processes.
