This role partners with Analytics, Data Engineering, Media, and Client Success to translate complex data into strategic decisions, automate reporting, and drive continuous improvement using AI capabilities, with on-site work in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, marketing, business, or related field required.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Experience with statistical and predictive modeling using Python, R, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and data modeling.
• Strong communication and ability to present insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client reporting dashboards in Domo.
• Publish daily client metrics in Domo for marketing and operating performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and escalate discrepancies to Data Engineering.
• Deliver weekly and monthly readouts of insights and actions.
• Collaborate with Media and Client Service to discuss performance and changes.
• Develop models to predict future performance based on data and recommendations.
• Communicate results to assigned clients and present insights.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Meet all delivery deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Support leadership with insights on marketing campaign performance across funnel and channels.
• Evaluate performance and identify root causes to drive improvements.
• Utilize AI-powered analytics and productivity tools to improve reporting accuracy.
• Automate reporting with AI alongside Analytics and Data Engineering teams.
• Evaluate AI tools for marketing measurement and optimization.
• Develop prompts/workflows for approved generative AI platforms following governance.
• Use AI-assisted insights with traditional analytics.
• Follow data and reporting governance best practices.
