Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Director to provide leadership for production, processing, facilities and engineering, aligning with the company’s vision and customer expectations.

You will drive performance, coach teams, and set standards for quality and safety across the site. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, deep regulatory knowledge, and a track record of delivering improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline required; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with ISO, FDA and cGMP experience.
• Strong leadership & cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing, processing, facilities, and engineering teams to meet production goals.
• Lead continuous improvement and CAPA investigations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Drive safety, training, and HR policy adherence.
• Cover for Site Director when required.
