Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Quality to lead quality transformation across three manufacturing sites, reporting to the Senior Director of Quality.

You will drive governance for change control and document management, and elevate KPI reporting with data-driven insights for executive visibility. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, 10+ years of FDA-regulated quality experience, and success in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years in FDA-regulated quality environments.
• Experience leading multi-site quality initiatives.
• Experience interfacing with external customers on quality matters.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own Operating Unit quality governance, change control and document management across three sites.
• Define harmonized quality processes balancing compliance and efficiency.
• Lead cross-site process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve transparency.
• Provide executive dashboards and KPI insights to leadership.
• Serve as primary quality interface for key customers within the Operating Unit.
