• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Food & Beverage, or Healthcare industries with cGMP knowledge.
• Strong CMMS knowledge; MAXIMO highly preferred.
• Solid work management, labor estimating, and resource balancing skills.
• Good OSHA safety knowledge and documentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule resources and materials for maintenance activities.
• Develop detailed work scopes and forecasts for resource allocation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of work orders (FDA, DEA, OSHA).
• Improve productivity by coordinating labor, parts, tools, and permits.
• Maintain master PM schedule to meet production forecasts and needs.
• Coordinate effectively between maintenance groups and facility managers.
