Job summary

Chemtrade is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Richmond, CA, to plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance at the facility. The role uses CMMS as the primary tool and supports procurement of parts and supplies for the site.

Key requirements include 3+ years as a planner/scheduler, 5+ years in manufacturing, strong CMMS knowledge, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Project. The compensation ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Planner/Scheduler.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project 2010 and similar software.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CMMS (SAP) to gather information for PM, safety, environmental, and non-PM WO metrics.
• Complete material Take-Offs and verify materials per Chemtrade piping specs.
• Procurement of materials from MTOs.
• Take orders from maintenance personnel for needed materials.
• Coordinate with production for lockout, permits, and transportation as needed.
• Build schedules in Microsoft Project for short shutdowns and turnarounds.
