Mentor Technical Group (MTG) seeks a Maintenance Planner to orchestrate preventive and corrective maintenance planning for a life sciences client base, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with FDA/DEA/OSHA regulations.

You will develop work scopes, forecast resource needs, and coordinate with craft supervisors to secure contract support, while maintaining accurate CMMS records and PM schedules.

Qualifications

• Plan and schedule maintenance resources and materials for preventive and corrective tasks.
• Develop work scopes and forecasts for resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, DEA, OSHA).
• Experience in manufacturing or maintenance environment is required.
• Oversee work order activity and regulatory documentation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate work scopes for planned maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with craft supervisors to identify contract support as needed.
• Ensure CMMS job plans are accurate (planned vs. actual labor and materials).
• Identify vendor resources and delivery capabilities for parts and materials.
• Ensure PMs are issued, tracked and completed per compliance requirements.
• Develop, maintain and publish reports for planning and scheduling activities.
• Perform resource leveling for maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all applicable procedures, cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
