Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize and schedule resources for preventative and corrective maintenance across manufacturing operations. You will coordinate labor, parts, tools and permits to meet production needs and compliance requirements.

The role requires experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments, familiarity with CMMS, and the ability to develop detailed work scopes and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical college diploma preferred or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or maintenance environment required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance resources for preventative and corrective activities.
• Develop detailed work scope and forecasts for resource allocation to support manufacturing operations.
• Ensure work orders comply with regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Coordinate labor, parts, tools, permits and documentation to minimize delays.
• Publish reports and maintain master PM schedule for timely maintenance.
• Identify contract support and vendor resources as needed to complete tasks.
