Job summary

Intellectt Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner for an onsite, Maryland-based W2 contract. The role focuses on planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance in pharmaceutical/biotech environments, with hands-on SAP PM usage and GMP documentation adherence.

The candidate should have metrology and equipment maintenance exposure, plus CMMS and maintenance work-order management familiarity. This position comes with standard contract benefits and an onsite work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharma/Biotech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP / SAP PM.
• Maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment or metrology.
• Understanding of GMP and preventive maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders using SAP.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Support equipment maintenance, calibration, and metrology activities.
• Ensure maintenance documentation complies with GMP requirements.
