Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance within a pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on SAP experience, particularly SAP PM, and strong capability in maintenance planning and scheduling for manufacturing equipment and metrology.

Onsite in Maryland (MD) with W2 contract terms. Offers health insurance options and a 401(k) plan, with no PTO beyond legal minimums. GMP-compliant documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Pharma/Biotech manufacturing experience required.
• Strong SAP/ SAP PM knowledge.
• Maintenance planning and scheduling experience.

• Understanding GMP and preventive maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner with a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with SAP, maintenance planning, manufacturing equipment, or metrology.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders using SAP.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Support equipment maintenance, calibration, and metrology activities.
• Ensure maintenance documentation complies with GMP requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience in Pharma / Biotech manufacturing.

Preferred
