Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Gaithersburg, MD to support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for pharmaceutical parenteral fill/finish operations.

The role requires strong planning and scheduling skills in a GMP environment and experience with CMMS, preferably Maximo. Responsibilities include planning maintenance activities, managing PMs and work orders, coordinating with Operations and vendors, and tracking maintenance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Maintenance planning and scheduling in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• GMP/compliance experience with aseptic fill/finish operations preferred.
• Maximo or other CMMS experience required.
• Experience with PMs, work orders, and job plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage PMs, work orders, and job plans using CMMS (Maximo preferred).
• Coordinate maintenance with Operations, Maintenance, and vendors.
• Track work order completion and maintenance KPIs.
• Support planned shutdowns and scheduling of maintenance.
