Job summary

Intellectt Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance in a pharma/biotech setting. You will manage SAP-based work orders and work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to keep equipment compliant with GMP.

The role requires hands-on SAP PM experience, maintenance planning/scheduling, and familiarity with GMP processes. This 12-month contract offers competitive pay at $45/hr on W2 and onsite work in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Pharma/Biotech manufacturing experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner with a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with SAP, maintenance planning, manufacturing equipment, or metrology.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders using SAP.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Support equipment maintenance, calibration, and metrology activities.
• Ensure maintenance documentation complies with GMP requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience in Pharma / Biotech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP / SAP PM.
• Maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment or metrology.
• Understanding of GMP and preventive maintenance processes.

Preferred: Experience with CMMS, calibration, equipment reliability, and maintenance work order management.
