Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises, plans, directs, and schedules day-to‑day and long‑range activities for defined Pharma Services scope, and ensures all programs and procedures of the Pharma Services staff are being properly implemented.
• Reviews work to ensure compliance with performance, safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements, as well as with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Reviews and updates LIS equipment, maintenance and calibration procedures, and LTS (Laboratory Technical Services) procedures.
• Processes performance metrics; tracks, analyzes, and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensures contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards.
• Manages contractor specifications, problems/issues, performance, and administration.
• Ensures supply of spare parts and consumables for in‑scope Pharma Services.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
