Job summary

BE&K Building Group in Morrisville, NC seeks a Project Executive/Operations Manager to oversee pharmaceutical construction projects onsite. This senior role leads planning, staffing, budgeting, and client relations, ensuring profitable, timely delivery and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position reports to the Business Unit leadership and collaborates with operations and business development to pursue strategic opportunities and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Must have pharmaceutical construction experience.
• Senior Project Manager level experience with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong leadership to recruit and staff project teams and ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project results including profitability, schedule and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project budget, scheduling, documentation, and subcontractor/vendor payments.
• Lead recruiting and staffing for projects and develop staff through coaching and evaluations.
• Develop strategic plans for project success and coordinate with operations and business development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contract requirements and proper reporting.
