Job summary

Persistent is seeking a seasoned AVP/VP, Client Partner to drive strategic growth across our Pharma & Life Sciences portfolio in the US. This executive role will build and expand relationships with leading pharma and life sciences clients while steering revenue growth and large-scale digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate combines deep industry expertise with a proven track record in account management, new business development, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong NA Pharma & Life Sciences account experience.
• Proven success in strategic account management.
• Experience with large deal pursuits and closures.
• Executive relationship management with CIO/CDO/CTO stakeholders.
• Understanding of Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and Life Sciences processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth across Pharma & Life Sciences portfolio.
• Build and expand executive-level client relationships.
• Drive revenue growth, account expansion and multi-year roadmaps.
• Represent Persistent at industry events and client forums.
