Avalere Health is seeking an SVP, Client Services to lead our client services team, shaping strategic marketing solutions for top pharmaceutical brands. This senior leader will unify cross-functional teams, motivate professionals, and own client relationships to drive growth and client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive pharma marketing experience, agency leadership, and a track record in managing large books of business.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in marketing or marketing-related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Agency account leadership experience required.
• Experience in digital marketing and fully integrated marketing projects preferred.
• Experience leading books of business with yearly revenues of $25 million or more.
• Experience leading teams of account management professionals at multiple levels of 10 people or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Services team and set direction, managing client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee strategic advisory functions, budget development, and client revenue growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction and strong client‑agency relationships through quarterly business reviews.
• Triage and manage escalation discussions, and own final agency recommendations for clients.
• Drive business development and growth opportunities within assigned books of business.
