Job summary

Jamieson Wellness Inc. in Irvine, CA, seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to drive value, reduce non‑value added waste, and improve product quality in line with customer CTQ requirements.

You will coach Yellow and Green Belts, lead Kaizen events across sites, develop lean training curricula, and review processes to ensure SOP/GMP compliance while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Post-secondary education in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math is an asset.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification required or higher is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to enterprise process and quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify, prioritize and scope improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Set priorities to align analytics support with CI and business needs.
• Coach and mentor Yellow and Green Belts in CI tools and mindset.
• Lead Kaizen events and programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Develop and facilitate lean six sigma training curricula and establish a continuous improvement culture.
• Review business processes to enhance effectiveness and eliminate waste.
