Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Black Belt, 4+ years in a regulated industry, and proven ability to lead cross-functional projects. Travel up to 10% may be required; MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent University Degree required, preferably in supply chain or engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive business experience in a regulated industry with a strong supply chain background.
• Black belt certification and Lean/Six Sigma/process excellence are required.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, Kaizen).
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Track progress, report metrics, and provide leadership updates.
• Lead training and implementation of Lean tools across the supply chain.
