The role involves coaching teams, conducting root cause analyses, and developing standard operating procedures to improve quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate has extensive CI experience in manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma certification, and a proven track record of leading improvement events.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• 1–5 years in Continuous Improvement roles.
• Led 10+ Lean events or Lean 6 Sigma activities.
• Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across departments using Lean, Six Sigma.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to promote best practices.
• Collect and analyze performance metrics to track outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create process maps and SOPs.
• Develop and maintain a repository of improvement projects and lessons learned.
• Work with leaders to mitigate resistance and drive change.
