Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–7 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1–5 years in Continuous Improvement role.
• Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and related methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead workshops and training to promote best practices and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collect and analyze performance metrics and report outcomes to management.
• Collaborate to create process maps and SOPs.
