Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to lead a Las Vegas launch for a new product. You will drive strategic sales initiatives, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and maximize product adoption across the territory.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of primary care pharmaceutical sales, with rheumatology or launch experience preferred, and is willing to travel overnight as needed. Base pay reflects experience and territory complexity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Rheumatology experience preferred; Launch Sales Experience preferred.
• Some overnight travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to educate on product benefits, efficacy, and usage.
• Conduct sales presentations and address customer inquiries effectively; stay informed on market trends and competitors.
• Utilize data-driven insights to track performance and optimize territory management.
