Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our on-site operations in Mesa, AZ. You will conduct regular audits, count inventory, and ensure procedures align with SOX and FDA requirements while collaborating with supply chain teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data-driven analysis, and training others on new controls. A strong pharma background and experience with Netsuite, SAP, or ePRO will help you drive continuous improvements in inventory performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• 3+ years as Inventory Control Specialist or similar in pharma.
• 2+ years in Pharmacy Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and regulatory requirements (SOX, FDA, CGMP, GDP).
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (Netsuite, ePRO, SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits & cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on levels and stock movements.
• Identify discrepancies between records and counts and investigate root causes.
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures.
• Assist in training operations on new inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams for best practices.
